Welcome to H.O.G., Elk River, Chapter #2222
We are an organization sponsored by Zylstra Harley-Davidson. The group represents the company and dealership in many ways; the life-style of family and friends. One of the best parts of it is that we have fun doing it! We've established ourselves to be supportive to our surrounding communities and neighbors. The reward of being involved with many of the local non-profit organizations is rewarding ten-fold. We believe in treating everyone with dignity and the utmost respect. You have entered into the family of Harley Owners Group. The key to our success is "To Ride; To Be Safe; and Have FUN!"
So, as Director of the Zylstra Chapter of HOG, let me be the first to welcome you to a great adventure. I'm glad you made the decision to join us to have good safe "Harley Family Fun." We meet the second Tuesday of each month at the Rock Woods in Otsego, MN. Social hour starts at 6:00 p.m. and the meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. We keep the meeting short and get out and go for a short ride as a chapter for either coffee or ice cream. It's a spontaneous destination - never pre picked!
We have a very active Ladies of Harley group as well.
There are many benefits to come from H.O.G. and are too many to list in this brief welcome letter. What I can say is that I've never looked back and have always had fun. The dealership that sponsors this group solely believes that fun begins with the person and his compassion to ride a Harley. You'll find that the dealership will assist in many ways in customer satisfaction. I believe this chapter is a major part of customer satisfaction. I hope you come to feel the same as you grow with us in the Harley Owners Group of Elk River.
Now if you feel that you would like to go for an evening ride, check with any of the members and see if they are available and can go. I'm usually free and willing to team up on Thursday's to ride out to one of the meet and greet stops. I'll be glad to connect and make arrangements as time allows.
